COVID 19 has drastically changed the education of children. Now, most of children rely on distance learning. The experiences of children differ according to their socioeconomic profiles. The difficulty of going through online learning is more evident for children from marginalized sectors especially Children with Disabilities.

The initiative to map Children with Disabilities in Bacolod City, particularly those with hearing and visual impairments, is led by ChildInitiative with support from ChildFund Philippines.

This report gathered basic information of children with disabilities, as well as their experiences with online virtual education through a preparation of a baseline report. This report is envisioned to provide important information before the implementation of Project ACHIEVE’s three-year implementation in Bacolod City.
