Where do you implement the early childhood care program?

The program will be implemented in Zamboanga del Norte, particularly in the municipalities of Sindangan, Manukan and President Manuel Roxas. According to the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA), the poverty incidence in Zamboanga del Norte was recorded at approximately 39.5% based on the 2018 Family Income and Expenditure Survey (FIES). This means that nearly 4 out of every 10 people in the province live below the poverty threshold, struggling to meet basic needs such as food, shelter, and healthcare.
