Currently serving as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the IT and Business Process Association of the Philippines (IBPAP), Jack is a champion of inclusive economic growth. His strategic focus—spearheading the Philippine IT-BPM Industry Roadmap 2028—is directly aligned with ChildFund’s mission, as it aims to create high-value, sustainable employment across the nation. This work serves as an essential engine for family resilience, stability, and the ability of parents to provide their children with necessary provisions like health, nutrition, and education.
With over 40 years of experience in digital transformation, strategy, and business management at global organizations like Citicorp, Dell, Yahoo!, and MTV Asia, Jack is ideally positioned to guide ChildFund’s initiatives in the digital era. His expertise will be invaluable in crafting strategies that ensure technology serves as a tool for equity, reaching marginalized youth and equipping them with the digital skills required to thrive in the modern economy.

Mark Anthony Dasco
Executive Director
Mark is a seasoned development leader and dedicated advocate for children’s rights with over 35 years of experience. Mark brings comprehensive technical mastery in large-scale program design and organizational leadership to his role as Executive Director of ChildFund Philippines.
Mark’s career is deeply rooted in ChildFund, having served in pivotal roles such as Director II for Program Learning and Program Delivery Support, Deputy Regional Director for Asia at ChildFund International, and Program Director for ChildFund Philippines. This extensive internal history, combined with his leadership tenures at other global child rights organizations, provides him with unparalleled institutional knowledge and a unique perspective on children’s rights.
Notably, Mark currently serves as a Private Individual Board Member of the Council for the Welfare of Children (CWC). In this capacity, he contributes to high-level policy governance and national decision-making, providing a vital link for ChildFund Philippines to support and help shape the country’s policy-making and advocacy for Filipino children.
Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from the University of the Philippines and a Master in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management (AIM), combining grassroots expertise with high-level strategic management.
As Executive Director, Mark leads a total integration model to create synergy across ChildFund’s core pillars: evidence-based programming, advocacy, resource mobilization, sponsorship, and humanitarian response, supported by a fit-for-purpose organization. Through this approach, Mark envisions ChildFund Philippines to be the major driver of the systemic changes necessary to ensure every Filipino child reaches their full potential.

Anand Vishwakarma
Trustee
Anand is a global leader with 18+ years of experience in strategy, operations, and human resources management across diverse industries including ITES, Telecom, Corporate Foundation, and Not-for-Profit organizations. Currently serving as Country Director for ChildFund International in the Philippines, Anand is an expert in driving strategic leadership and overseeing operations, resource mobilization, and program delivery. His career with ChildFund include pivotal roles as Interim CEO and Country Director for ChildFund India, where they adeptly navigated complex transitions, Interim, Chief of Staff where he facilitated transformative changes and cross divisional integration. Anand, as the Global HR Business Partner for Asia, has provided strategic guidance to leaders across five countries, championing organizational development, change, and innovation initiatives. His educational background includes a Specialization in Business Strategy from the University of Virginia, an Executive Post-graduate Diploma in Human Resources from Tata Institute of Social Science and a master’s in business administration. Anand’s international experience spans various regions and multiple organizations, making him adept at navigating diverse work cultures and regulatory environments.

Pauline Mangilog-Saltarin

Pauline has spent the last three decades communicating revolutionary ideas through the innovative use of media. She graduated with an AB Communications degree from the Ateneo de Manila University and holds a Master’s Degree in Development Communication from the University of the Philippines. She is the head writer, writer, producer and director of numerous documentaries, educational TV shows, and films which have been recognized in the Philippines and abroad, including the Mirabile Dictum International Catholic Film Festival, New York Festivals, U.S. International Film & Video Festival, Science and Image Film Festival, and Prix Jeunesse International. Currently, she is the Creative Director of Jesuit Communications Foundation Philippines (JesCom), a non-profit media organization based in the Ateneo de Manila University campus, and a faculty member of the Communication Department of the Ateneo de Manila where she teaches Television and Video Production. She is also a co-producer of the film “GomBurZa” which is hoped to premiere in the 2003 Metro Manila Film Festival.

Ariel is a media practitioner, a trainer and a lecturer. He was the former Executive Director, Trustee, and Head of Training Operations and Special Projects of the Philippine Press Institute (PPI), also known as the national association of newspapers in the country since 1964.

Dr. Grace H. Aguiling-Dalisay, RPsy

Dr. Grace is an educator, a Volunteerism for Development advocate and a licensed psychologist trained in the areas of developmental and Philippine psychology. She has spent over four decades of her professional life for the advancement of quality education, academic excellence and integrity, lifespan development and social transformation. She is President and CEO of the Center for Educational Measurement, a non-stock, non-profit pioneer in developing local assessment tools and educational services for improving the quality of education in the country.

Hanneke Oudkerk

Hanneke is a seasoned international development professional with over two decades of experience in the field of child rights and public health. Prior to her role as the Regional Director for ChildFund International Asia region, she served as the Country Director for ChildFund International Indonesia. Hanneke is passionate about leading and motivating multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding results and helping team members realize their full potential. Innovation, whether from a technological or systems-based perspective, has consistently played a pivotal role in Hanneke’s career. She has a profound appreciation for brainstorming, design thinking processes, and the implementation of innovative ideas that facilitate effective and efficient work methods. Hanneke also values collaboration with equally motivated organizations, companies, and individuals to drive positive change. Hanneke had the opportunity to lead development programs in Nepal and Sri Lanka before relocating to Indonesia in 2012.
